Your young player
A space that is theirs, not yours. We work on breath, body, the lost-point reset, sleep before tournaments, and the calm that lets a 14-year-old enjoy a sport their body is also growing into.
I have two sons who play sport at a high level — one on scholarship in the USA, one at university in Australia. I know what the car journey home from a lost match feels like. From both sides.

How to be present at tournaments without being the pressure. What to say in the car. What not to say. Your own nervous system regulation, because the athlete is watching it whether you mean them to or not.
Enhanced DBS checked. First Aid and BLS / AED trained. Safeguarding-experienced from coaching and earlier volunteer practice. Parents welcome to sit in for the first session and as often afterwards as the athlete wants.
If anything that surfaces in a session belongs with a clinician, I'll say so clearly and signpost you on. Sophrology is not therapy.
